目的 了解细胞因子在Grave’s病的发生、发展过程中的浓度变化及相关关系。方法 用放射免疫分析法测定了 5 4例Grave’s病无明显眼病组 (G1组 ) ,2 5例Grave’s病有眼部合并症组 (G2组 )及 31例正常对照组血清中IL - 2、IL - 6含量。结果 Grave’s病患者血浆IL - 6浓度水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;G2组IL - 2血浆水平显著高于G1组成和正常对照组 (P <0 .0 2 ) ,IL - 6水平与IL - 2、FT3 、FT4、TGA、MCA浓度水平不相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞因子IL - 2、IL - 6参与了Graves’病的致病过程 ,观察其浓度变化对探讨Graves’病的发病机理及指导用药均有重要价值。
Objective To understand the changes of cytokines in the pathogenesis and progression of Grave’s disease and their relationship. Methods Serum levels of IL - 2, IL - 2 in 54 patients with Grave ’s disease (Group G1), 25 patients with Grave’ s disease with eye complications (Group G2) and 31 normal controls were measured by radioimmunoassay. - 6 content. Results The level of plasma IL - 6 in patients with Grave ’s disease was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Observing the changes of their concentrations is of great value in exploring the pathogenesis of Graves’ disease and guiding the medication.
