为提高大型水轮发电机组安装的测量精度和效率,提出了AT901-LR激光跟踪仪测量方法,即利用Leica公司生产的AT901-LR跟踪仪配合T-Probe、球棱镜、基座及专用工装,采用统一的三维控制网的点位布设,通过对水轮机部件、发电机定子组装过程测量的实际应用,并与测圆架测量结果进行比较。结果表明,测量结果偏差极小,精度高,符合现场安装要求,从而验证了AT901-LR激光跟踪仪测量方法具有较高的精度,这也为大型水电机组安装提供了一种新型的测量工具和测量方法。
In order to improve the measurement accuracy and efficiency of large-scale hydroelectric generating set installation, the measurement method of AT901-LR laser tracker is proposed. By using Leica AT901-LR tracker with T-Probe, ball prism, base and special tooling, Adopting a unified three-dimensional control network point layout, through the turbine components, generator stator assembly process measurement of the actual application, and the results of measuring frame comparison. The results show that the measurement results have very little deviation and high precision, which meets the requirements of on-site installation, thus verifying the high accuracy of the measurement method of the AT901-LR laser tracker. This also provides a new measuring tool for installation of large- Measurement methods.
