本文以解析方式给出了发生铲磨干涉时的最小砂轮外径（Ｄｓｇ）ｍｉｎ的计算公式，并在典型算例的基础上通过敏感性分析研究了铲齿刀具基本参数与（Ｄｓｇ）ｍｉｎ之间的关系，最后给出了基于无铲磨干涉的铲齿刀具基本参数确定的原则和次序。
In this paper, the calculation formula of the minimum wheel outer diameter (Dsg) min at the time of shoveling interference is given by analytical method.
