为了解细胞免疫调节在糖尿病肾病中的作用,将41例NIDDM患者按24小时尿蛋白分组,用间接免疫荧光法测定T细胞亚群和白介素-2膜受体(mIL-2R)。结果显示,合并蛋白尿者CD8+细胞增高、CD4+/CD8+值降低。mIL-2R表达增强,CD8+、mIL-2R和尿蛋白呈正相关,CD4+/CD8+值和尿蛋白呈负相关,多元逐步回归分析显示CD4+/CD8+、mIL-2R、CD8+依次是糖尿病肾病相关危险因素。结果提示细胞免疫调节紊乱可在一定程度上影响糖尿病肾病。
To understand the role of cellular immune regulation in diabetic nephropathy, 41 patients with NIDDM were divided into 24-hour urine protein groups and T cell subsets and interleukin-2 receptor (mIL-2R) were measured by indirect immunofluorescence. The results showed that CD8 + cells with proteinuria increased, CD4 + / CD8 + value decreased. The positive expression of mIL-2R, CD8 +, mIL-2R and urinary protein were positively correlated. The CD4 + / CD8 + values were negatively correlated with urinary protein. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that CD4 + / CD8 +, mIL-2R and CD8 + were the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy. The results suggest that cellular immune dysregulation may affect diabetic nephropathy to a certain extent.
