建筑信息模型(简称BIM)以建筑工程项目的各项相关信息数据作为模型基础,进行建筑模型的建立,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。目前,该技术已广泛应用于房屋市政工程施工领域,具有可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性和可出图性5大特点。应用BIM技术可以进行设计优化、施工模拟,以动画形式辅助技术交底,有利于指导及规范化施工,节约项目成本,缩短施工工期,是提高施工质量、优化施工方案的重要手段。
The building information model (BIM) takes all the related information data of the construction project as the model foundation to establish the building model and simulates the real information of the building through the digital information simulation. At present, the technology has been widely used in the field of housing municipal engineering construction, with visualization, coordination, simulation, optimization and mapping of the five major features.
