进口生化分析仪和电生理仪器中,常使用轻触控制面板。这种面板操作方便,便于清洁。但操作人员使用不当,使其常受重力及尖状物触压,或仪器长期使用后,面板的接触点也要衰老损坏,造成仪器功能失控。该面板厚度约1mm,可分解成如图所示的5层。第①层印有各键功能的文字;第②层是弹性隔离层;第③层和第⑤层是上下对应的接点组及输出连线。在这两层之间,隔有一层弹性薄膜(第④层)。在正常情况下,按键松手后,第②层薄膜以其弹性将第①层复原,而第④层的弹性则使第③和第⑤层触点分离。
Imported biochemical analyzer and electrophysiological instruments, often use the touch control panel. This panel is easy to operate and easy to clean.
