一、情况简介冲天炉是机械行业中污染环境的主要源之一,量大面广。过去在冲天炉上普遍采用的干式或湿式火花捕集器,其除尘效率很低。近几年来国内冲天炉的烟气净化工作发展很快,型式多样,一般均为二级净化治理。第一级采用多管水冷旋风除尘器或重力沉降室,收集粗颗粒粉尘。第二级区别对待地采用高效旋风、颗粒层、静电、袋式或湿法等除尘方法。经过几年来的使用运行,证明这些措施都有一定的效果,在不同的条件下各有长处。 1982年我们对上海地区机械行业中冲天炉烟气净化进行了一次普遍调查。1983年又对其中分属五种主要除尘方式的八套系统进行了测定,测定数据汇总于表1及表2。二、测定内容冲天炉烟气净化系统的测定有如下主要内容。 1.系统的排风量、阻力、粉尘浓度; 2.烟气温度; 3.炉门口风速; 4.CO、SO_2气体浓度;(上海地区的中小型冲
I. Brief Introduction The cupola is one of the major sources of environmental pollution in the machinery industry. The dry or wet spark arresters commonly used in cupolas in the past have low dust removal efficiency. In recent years, the purification of flue gas from domestic cupolas has developed rapidly with various types, which are generally secondary purification and treatment. The first stage uses multi-tube water-cooled cyclone dust collectors or gravity settling chambers to collect coarse-grained dust. In the second stage, dust removal methods such as efficient cyclone, particle layer, electrostatic, bag or wet method are adopted. After several years of use and operation, it has been proved that these measures have certain effects and they have their own strengths under different conditions. In 1982, we carried out a general survey of the purification of cupola gas in Shanghai’s machinery industry. In 1983, eight sets of systems that belonged to the five main dust removal methods were also measured. The measured data are summarized in Table 1 and Table 2.
