在接触疲劳试验过程中,对裂纹扩展失效的全过程进行连续追踪观测发现,渗碳后喷丸影响区内及影响区附近,裂纹的扩展不同于未喷丸试件。这是导致其接触疲劳性能不同的原因之一。
During the contact fatigue test, continuous tracing of the whole process of crack propagation failure shows that the crack propagation in the shot peening area and in the vicinity of the affected area after carburizing is different from that of the non-shot peening sample. This is one of the reasons for the different contact fatigue performance.
