图书馆借阅工作应导入顾客满意战略(CS),文章就如何开展图书馆优质服务,实施CS及实施过程中应注意的问题提出几点意见。
Library borrowing should be imported into Customer Satisfaction Strategy (CS). The article puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out excellent service of library, implement CS and problems that should be paid attention to during implementation.
