运用传递平衡方程,平衡微分方程以及平面变形屈服条件解析扁带平板压缩(无侧面鼓形与有侧面鼓形)的变形力计算问题。所获结果与上界法最佳上界值,与工程法及平均能量法完全一致。但是由于引进了传递平衡方程,将使推导过程大为简化,具有与本文所列参考文献完全不同的推导方法。此外,本文推导的变形力计算公式也可用于存在鼓形的平面变形压缩问题。
The problem of deformation force calculation of flat-belt flat plate compression (without side drum and side drum) was solved using transfer equilibrium equations, balanced differential equations and plane deformation yield conditions. The results obtained are in good agreement with the best upper bound of the upper bound method and the engineering method and average energy method. However, due to the introduction of the transfer equilibrium equation, the derivation process will be greatly simplified, with a completely different derivation method than the references listed in this article. In addition, the deformation force calculation formula deduced in this paper can also be used for the plane deformation and compression problems with the drum shape.
