担当,作为一种精神层面的品质是具有一定的可贵性的。勇于担当就能够在一定程度上体现出这个人具备一定程度的责任感。在职业院校中负责进行具体的教育教学相关活动的教师,应当在教育教学相关活动进行的过程中展现出本身所应当具有的勇于承担的精神。如果要使在职业院校中进行教育教学相关活动的教师能够具有勇于承担的精神,那么就需要采用一定的方法使其本身所具有的职业道德素养得到一定程度的提升,并且应当在实际的教育教学活动进行的过程中不断的提升并完善教师所具有的业务方面的能力。所以,针对教师本身所具有的职业道德水平进行的建设相关活动是职业院校建设相关活动进行过程中的一个较为重要的环节,笔者根据实际工作经验对吉林省职业院校中教师职业道德素养存在的问题进行了一定程度的分析,并对采用一定方法提升吉林省职业院校的教师职业道德素养进行了一定程度的分析,希望在今后吉林省职业院校建设相关工作进行的过程中能够认识到针对教师职业道德素养进行的提升相关工作所能够起到的作用。
