本研究对当前值得推崇与优化的教研团体“校际教研共同体”建设现状作了区域性的调查,认为它弥补了现今校本教研中专业引领不足的问题,能够使校际之间优势互补,增强教研质量的监督力度,使校际教研合作形式更加多样化,同时也激发了学校教研的积极性;但目前也还存在着组织还不够规范,教研活动的深度不够,教研活动的质和量欠缺,教研活动涉及面还不够广等问题。由此提出了加强区域校际教研共同体的制度建设、优化校际教研共同体的活动模式、发挥教研员和名教师的引领作用、总结先进经验推出管理示范等四项建议。
This research makes a regional survey on the status quo of the teaching and researching community “inter-school teaching and research community ”, which is worthy of esteem and optimization at present. Therefore, it is proposed to strengthen the institutional construction of regional inter-school teaching and research community, optimize the activity mode of inter-school teaching and research community, give play to the leading role of teaching and research staff and famous teachers, and summarize the advanced experience to launch four proposals of management demonstration.
