随着社会的不断发展和进步以及经济全球化的程度越来越高,企业所面临的竞争也日益激烈和残酷。企业应用精益思想革新和升级管理模式、理念已经成为现代企业发展的一个必然趋势。现今精益思想的核心理念已经不是最初那种片面简单化的想法,仅仅注重在企业生产过程当中注重资源节约、追求生产效率、减少库存,甚至实现零库存、生产流程再造等等,简单地将精益思想等同于减少和消除浪费。现在完善的精益思想的核心理念不仅仅包括减少和消除浪费,还注重为企业创造价值,即在创造价值的基础前提和目标下尽可能消除浪费。精益管理作为现代化的先进管理思想有必要运用到电力工程管理当中去。主要介绍精益管理的内涵及要求,探讨关于精益管理在电力工程管理中提升质量的方法和途径,并以此为基础进一步讨论精益管理在电力工程质量控制的具体应用办法。
With the continuous development and progress of society and the increasing degree of economic globalization, the competition faced by enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce and cruel. Enterprise application of lean ideological innovation and upgrading management mode, the concept has become an inevitable trend of the development of modern enterprises. The core idea of today’s lean thinking is not the original idea of one-sided simplification, only focus on the enterprise production process focus on resource conservation, the pursuit of productivity, reduce inventory, or even zero inventory, production process reengineering, etc., simply lean The idea is the same as reducing and eliminating waste. Now the core concept of a sound lean thinking not only includes reducing and eliminating waste, but also focus on creating value for the enterprise, that is, to eliminate as much waste as possible under the premise and objective of creating value. It is necessary to apply lean management to the management of power engineering as the advanced management thought of modernization. This paper mainly introduces the connotation and requirements of lean management, discusses ways and means of improving lean management in power engineering management, and based on this, further discusses the concrete application of lean management in power engineering quality control.
