借助于连续波CO_2激光器研究了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢经激光淬火的组织与性能.试验结果表明,经激光淬火处理后可获得大于HV_(0.1)1000的超高硬度.经激光相变硬化处理后可获得直径为2μm的超细晶粒,其组织为马氏体、残余奥氏体及M_6C、MC型未溶碳化物.磨损试验结果表明,激光淬火组织与常规处理组织相比,抗咬合性提高46%,耐磨性提高40%.
The microstructure and mechanical properties of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel after laser quenching were studied by means of continuous wave CO_2 laser.The experimental results show that ultra-high hardness larger than HV_ (0.1) 1000 can be obtained after laser quenching, which is obtained by laser phase transformation hardening The ultrafine grains with a diameter of 2μm are composed of martensite, retained austenite, M_6C and MC undissolved carbides.The results of wear test show that the laser quenching structure improves the seizure resistance 46 compared with the conventional treated structure %, Wear resistance increased by 40%.
