应用现代国际通用的放射状角膜切开术标准器械和设备,对177只眼进行手术治疗和随访。术前平均屈光度-6.23D,裸眼视力最低0.02,最高0.4。术后6~12个月平均屈光度下降4.27D,裸眼视力最低0.1,最高1.5。不同近视组平均屈光度下降为:低度近视组2.14D、中度近视组4.35D、高度近视组5.12D、超高度近视组5.46D。裸眼视力上升分别为:低度近视组≥1.0者82.35%,≥0.5者100%;中度近视组≥1.0者51.46%,≥0.5者83.50%;高度近视组≥1.0者11.36%,≥0.5者52.27%;超高度近视组≥1.0者7.69%,≥0.5者23.08%。其中-6.00D以下近视组术后裸眼视力≥1.0者达55.83%。放射状角膜切开术治疗近视疗效肯定,尤其对轻、中度近视效果更佳。
A total of 177 eyes underwent surgical treatment and follow-up using modern international standard radial keratotomy instruments and equipment. Preoperative average refractive power -6.23D, the lowest visual acuity of 0.02, the highest 0.4. After 6 to 12 months, the average diopter decreased 4.27D, the lowest visual acuity 0.1, the highest 1.5. The average myopia in different myopia decreased as follows: low myopia 2.14D, moderate myopia 4.35D, high myopia 5.12D, super-high myopia 5.46D. Uncorrected visual acuity increased as follows: low myopia group ≥1.0 82.35%, ≥0.5 100%; moderate myopia group ≥1.0 51.46%, ≥0.5 83.50 %; High myopia group ≥1.0 11.36%, ≥0.5 52.27%; super high myopia group ≥1.0 7.69%, ≥0.5 23.08%. Among them, the visual acuity of visual acuity≥1.0 in myopic group below -6.00D was 55.83%. Radial corneal surgery for the treatment of myopia certainly, especially for mild to moderate myopia better.
