关于对话教育,有一位专家作了这样的形象比喻:教师与学生之间的交往,就像抛球与接球的过程一样。第一,抛球者和接球者都是主体;第二,抛球者与接球者之间是平等的、合作的;第三,抛球接球双方都认真对待对方;第四,抛球和接球是可以连续的。可见,对话教育强调的是师生双方互为主体的平等关系。因此,平等对话教学是一种强调通过教师与学生的对话式的相互作用来达到学生自主和自由发展的教学,它在改善教学方式上发挥着特殊作用。那么,如何在语文教学中让学生享有“平等对话”的自由呢?
