本文就采用自力式流量控制器后的供暖效果明显改善，节电、节煤显著等进行了分析。并就如何在一次网路中的应用和热入口中的使用进行了规范。
In this paper, the heating effect of the self-powered flow controller is obviously improved, and the power saving and significant coal saving are analyzed. And it regulates how to use it in a network and its use in hot portals.
