在本科职业教育转型的背景下,公安院校开展刑法案例教学既有其必要性,也有其可行性。公安院校刑法案例教学的课程设计既要遵循一般院校刑法案例教学的一般规律,又要有自身的特色。刑法案例教学作为一种法律职业性训练,应在刑法分则的学习中开展,以高年级学生作为教学对象。通过对案例的讨论,提高学生的问题意识、思考意识,让学生在主动学习中掌握处理问题的新方法、新思路,提高学生的法律素养和职业素养。
Under the background of the transformation of undergraduate vocational education, it is necessary and feasible to carry out criminal case teaching in public security colleges and universities. The curriculum design of the teaching of criminal law cases in public security colleges and universities not only follows the general law of teaching criminal cases in general colleges but also has its own characteristics. Criminal law case teaching as a kind of legal vocational training should be carried out in the study of criminal law, with senior students as teaching objects. Through the discussion of cases, students ’awareness of problems and thinking are raised so that students can grasp new ways and ideas to solve problems in active learning so as to improve students’ legal literacy and professional accomplishment.
