This standard establishes the conditions that ISTA member laboratories have to obtain the ISTA’s authorization to issue orange, green, and blue certificates. Application forms are available from the ISTA Secretariat. Applicants are required to submit a completed application form to the ISTA Secretariat for accreditation. Organizations and other aspects of the applicant to comply with the provisions of this standard, through the first instance proficiency to complete the verification test project and the ISTA Executive Committee assessment team
