师资队伍的素质会直接影响学校的教学质量,影响学校的社会影响力和凝聚力,影响学校的生存和发展。本文通过对国内30所老年大学的调查研究,分析了教师培训工作的现状,用事实说明了老年大学教师培训工作的重要性和紧迫性。同时指出,老年大学的教师培训应有别于其它各级各类学校,不仅要帮助教师树立符合老年教育规律的课堂教学理念;还要注意培养提高教师适应老年教育的业务能力;更要因地制宜、因校制宜、努力探索有效的教师培训途径与方法。
The quality of teaching staff will directly affect the quality of teaching in schools, affecting the school’s social influence and cohesion, affecting the survival and development of schools. This paper analyzes the status quo of teachers ’training through the investigation and study of 30 elder universities in China, and illustrates the importance and urgency of teachers’ training in higher education by facts.
