本文通过对原发性二尖瓣脱垂(MVP)并发二尖瓣关闭不全192例中发生收缩期左房内前向性血流77例的彩色多普勒超声观测,探讨其血流动力学特征.1 对象与方法192例中,按Cohen标准诊断为轻度脱垂107例,中度脱垂51例,重度脱垂34例.前瓣脱垂124例,后瓣脱垂45例,前瓣+后的脱垂23例.应用美国Acuson-128型彩色超声显像仪,常规作胸骨旁左室长轴、短轴和心尖四腔切面探查,以M型超声测量左房、左室内径,记录二尖瓣运动曲线,以彩色多普勒检测收缩期二尖瓣返流及彩流束在左房腔内的分布和方向.收缩期血流从二尖瓣口游离缘射流入左房内呈蓝色或多色镶嵌的血流信号,定为二尖瓣返流.
