[目的]探讨传染病防疫人员职业倦怠的产生及其影响因素的关系,为进行干预提供参考依据。[方法]采用工作压力量表、工作压力应对策略调查表、自尊量表、社会支持量表、职业倦怠量表,对200名传染病防疫人员进行了调查,探讨各影响因素之间的相关性。[结果]其职业倦怠与工作压力、应对策略呈正相关、与自尊、社会支持呈负相关,传染病防疫人员职业倦怠评分为54.97±12.02。[结论传染病防疫人员职业倦怠发生率较高,主要因突发公共卫生事件的增多,导致工作量大且风险高而致。高自尊、积极的应对策略、有效的社会支持对缓解职业倦怠起到重要的作用。
[Objective] To explore the relationship between occupational burnout and its influencing factors in epidemic prevention personnel and provide references for intervention. [Methods] A total of 200 infectious diseases prevention staff were surveyed by questionnaire about work stress, work stress coping strategies, self-esteem scale, social support scale and burnout scale to explore the correlation among the influencing factors . [Results] The occupational burnout was positively correlated with work pressure and coping strategies, negatively correlated with self-esteem and social support, and the occupational burnout score of epidemic prevention workers was 54.97 ± 12.02. [Conclusion The incidence of occupational burnout in epidemic prevention workers is high, mainly due to the large workload and high risk due to the increase of public health emergencies. High self-esteem, positive coping strategies and effective social support play an important role in alleviating job burnout.
