为纪念《边防警察报》创刊十周年和《中国边防警察》杂志出版200期,边防警察报社拟向部队内外征集同名短篇系列小说《BF行动》,有关事宜如下。一、内容要求1、可参考近年来边境地区发生的重大案件作为系列小说主线,如打击偷渡、走私、贩枪、贩毒、贩卖人口、绑架、凶杀、诈骗、盗窃、黑社会犯罪等。以公安边防部队实施爱民固边战略、提高边检服务水平、海上维权执法,创新社会管理,维护沿边沿海地区社会安全、政治稳定等重大工作为背景。
