课堂是全面实施素质教育的主阵地,是实现教育理念的主战场,只有改革课堂教学,提高课堂教学质量和效率。(课堂教学效率是指教师和学生在规定的课堂教学时间内通过双边活动所消耗的劳动量与所获得的教学效果之间的比率。)它是衡量课堂教学实效的一个重要指标,影响着学生可持续性发展及情感、态度、价值观和一般能力的培养。因此,学生是否有进步或是否有发展是衡量数学课堂教学有效性的主要标准。针对学校提出的向40分钟要效率,切实减轻学生的负担,力求数学课的真实、简约、灵动。
