Discourse teaching is an important part of primary English teaching. It contains many aspects such as pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence pattern, grammar and culture. Under the new curriculum concept, understanding and mastering some teaching strategies of discourse teaching and cultivating pupils ’discourse awareness are important means for English teachers to improve their teaching level, meanwhile, it is also an important way to train students’ learning strategies and develop the ability of using integrated language.
