进入知识经济时期,多人协作、共同攻关的团队模式已成为发展的主流趋势。所以,增强团队成员的协作水平,提升团队效能,显得尤为重要。通过实证方法对河南师范大学共16个团队对象进行调查研究,从团队层面对影响团队效能的因素进行梳理,构建了以转换型领导、成员人际关系为自变量,团队效能为因变量的理论模型,通过问卷调查和统计分析,对理论假设进行实证检验。结果表明转换型领导各维度与团队效能成正相关;成员人际关系对团队效能起到积极的影响。
Into the knowledge economy, multi-person collaboration, joint research team mode has become the development of the mainstream trend. Therefore, to enhance the level of team members to enhance team efficiency, it is particularly important. Through the empirical method, a total of 16 team members of Henan Normal University were investigated, and the factors influencing the effectiveness of the team were analyzed from the team level. The theoretical model was established based on transformational leadership, interpersonal relationships among the members and team effectiveness as the dependent variable , Through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the empirical hypothesis test. The results show that the dimensions of conversional leadership are positively related to team effectiveness, and the interpersonal relationships of members have a positive impact on team effectiveness.
