沥青玛(王帝)脂是沥青材料加上粉状或纤维状的填充材料配制而成的胶粘剂。一般由试验室出据配合比,在施工现场熬制,因其是混合料,所以原材料的重量误差应控制在1%以下。沥青玛(王帝)脂的熬制方法如下。1.沥青玛(王帝)脂熬制前应对锅灶进行周密考虑,一般用5 mm 厚的钢板焊成容量为0.5m~3左右的矩形锅两口,锅底呈弧形,两锅间距1m 左右,高差20～30 cm,中间用铁槽连接,设单独灶口。
