我校是粤北山区一所乡镇中心小学,在不知不觉中,整个学校的教学总成绩不够理想。为了更好的查找出落后的原因,同时也为了更好的了解我校教师的常态课课堂教学的具体情况,采取“推门课”活动。“推门课”是指不提前打招呼,在上课铃响后中层以上领导直接到课室进行听课。作为主管教学工作业务的我,两个学期来大部分时间都用在“推门课”听课上,因此,我把这称为“泡课堂”。泡在课堂上,体验很多,现与大家一同分享。 My school is a township in northern mountainous area of ​​primary schools, unwittingly, the entire school teaching the total score is not satisfactory.
