无锡国金中心T1塔楼大屋面高度314m,建筑总高339m,采用桩端桩侧后注浆的钻孔灌注桩和厚度为3.5m的基础底板,选择了框架-核心筒-刚臂结构体系。对于结构的风荷载和地震作用取值、振型信息、风和地震作用下的计算结果比较、规范验算进行了介绍;并且对于结构设计中几个关键问题:地面90m以下存在含溶洞的岩层、剪力墙中配置钢骨以减小墙体厚度和结构重量、伸臂桁架与环带桁架的设置、竖向变形差异问题处理以及弹塑性分析等,进行了深入探讨。
