东风_4型内燃机车上所使用的TQFR—3000型同步牵引发电机经短期运用后即出现拉伤滑环的现象,有的环上出现和电刷大小完全一样的灼痕。由于滑环的损坏造成滑环和电刷间的接触电阻增加,电刷过热,滑环被烧黑。由这一原因引起机车功率降低的情况是很多的,致使不得不吊机旋修滑环、严重地影响机车运用。我们认为,这除了和柴油机曲轴油封漏油,吸入电机的冷却空气不清洁有关外,和电刷温升偏高以及在滑环拉伤后迅速磨下的大量碳粉不能及时排除也有十分密切的关系。
