本文提出一种适合于化工、热工一类工业过程的非线性串级自校正控制算法,并成功地应用于煤头小氮肥合成氨生产过程氢氮比系统的在线辨识和控制。运行结果表明,该算法满足精度要求,且有一定的鲁棒性。
In this paper, a non-linear cascaded self-tuning control algorithm suitable for industrial processes such as chemical engineering and thermal engineering is proposed and successfully applied to on-line identification and control of hydrogen to nitrogen ratio in the process of ammonia nitrogen production. The running results show that the algorithm meets the accuracy requirements and has certain robustness.
