目的了解从事食品、餐饮及公共场所从业人员中乙肝病毒(HVB)感染标志物的分布情况,为预防控制乙肝提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫法对272 764名体检人员进行HBsAg筛查,对阳性者做两对半检测并对结果进行分析。结果HBsAg阳性率为1.06%,共有14种模式,HBsAg阳性者为感染组,占91.74%,HBsAg阴性者则为恢复组,占8.26%。小三阳、大三阳和隐性大三阳者分别为51.81%、17.92%和17.81%。结论在乌鲁木齐市HBsAg的阳性率低于全国平均水平,但员工中潜在着一定的乙肝病毒传播,仍要注意加强对乙肝的预防及治疗。
Objective To understand the distribution of hepatitis B virus (HVB) markers in food, catering and public places practitioners and provide a basis for prevention and control of hepatitis B. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to screen 272 764 medical staff for HBsAg screening, two pairs and a half of positive patients were tested and the results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.06%. There were 14 patterns of HBsAg positive, the positive rate of HBsAg was 91.74%, and the negative rate of HBsAg was 8.26%. Sanyang, Sanyangang and implicit Sanyang were 51.81%, 17.92% and 17.81% respectively. Conclusion The positive rate of HBsAg in Urumqi is lower than the national average, but there is a certain potential for hepatitis B virus transmission in the staff. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B.
