本文介绍了按转向架的蛇行运动稳定性和脱轨安全性确定最佳回转阻尼的近似方法。分析表明,最佳回转阻尼值不仅与转向架的几何参数和质量特性有关,而且还主要取决于车辆的运行速度。文章指出,对于旁承支重结构,其最佳摩擦力矩值应根据车辆的构造速度和车轮的磨耗条件来选择。 文章还叙述了L78型高速客车转向架的旁承支重参数设计。实测结果表明,其实际摩擦力矩值基本上符合按上述方法预定的最佳回转阻尼值。
This paper presents an approximate method to determine the best slewing damping in terms of the meandering stability and derailment safety of the bogie. The analysis shows that the optimum slewing damping value depends not only on the geometry and quality characteristics of the bogie but also on the running speed of the vehicle. The article points out that for the side bearing structure, the optimum friction torque value should be based on the construction speed of the vehicle and the wheel wear conditions to choose. The paper also describes the side bearing weight parameters design of L78 high-speed passenger car bogie. The measured results show that the actual friction torque basically meets the optimal slewing damping value predetermined by the above method.
