目的研究肺筋草Aletris spicata全草的化学成分。方法利用正、反相硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,然后根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并对其中的三萜类化合物(化合物1~3)进行了抗肿瘤活和抗菌活性初步筛选。结果从肺筋草的干燥全草中分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为24-甲基-9,19-环羊毛甾-24-烯-3-醇(1)、24-甲基-9,19-环羊毛甾-25-烯-3-醇(2)、24,24-二甲基-环木菠萝烷-3-醇(3)、美商陆酚A(4)、异美商陆酚A(5)、9′-methyl americanol A(6)、1-(4′-羟基苯基)-7-(3″-甲氧基-4″-羟基苯基)-4-烯-3-庚酮(7)、methyl-9,12,13-trihydroxyoctadeca-10E,15Z-dienoate(8)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1~3无抗肿瘤和抗菌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Aletris spicata. Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel column chromatography, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Terpenoids (compounds 1 ~ 3) were screened for antitumor activity and antibacterial activity. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the dried grass of Lonicerae, and were identified as 24-methyl-9,19-ring lanosterol-24-en-3-ol , 19-cyclo-lanosterol-25-en-3-ol (2), 24,24-dimethyl- cycloviroctan-3-ol (6), 1- (4’-hydroxyphenyl) -7- (3 “-methoxy-4” -hydroxyphenyl) -4-ene- Heptanone (7), methyl-9,12,13-trihydroxyoctadeca-10E, 15Z-dienoate (8), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (9). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1 to 3 have no antitumor and antibacterial activities.
