自行车前叉焊接历来都采用盐浴钎焊,这种工艺弊病极多:如耗电大,劳动条件差,正品率低等。长期以来,人们试图改革未能成功。我们利用自己研制的晶体管焊接电源,采用高效、优质、节能、经济的细丝混合气体(Ar+CO_2)熔极脉冲焊新工艺,通过精心地接头设计和工艺措施,成功地用熔极气电焊取代了盐浴钎焊。这在自行车焊接史上是一件重大的革新。不仅使正品率由75%提高到95%以上,而且有较高经济效益:节约大量电能和铜材、钢材。本研究成果已于1982年12月11日由天津市科委、经委组织鉴定,与会专家们认为此项研究为国内首创,有重大经济价值,建议在全国推广。
