胶体的电泳是大学和中学化学教学中的一个重要实验.学生观察电泳现象,对胶粒带电可获得鲜明而生动的印象,这对胶体本质的认识是很有好处的.但电泳过程比较缓慢,有时需二三十分钟才能看到明显的现象,这就给课堂演示带来了困难,所以在中学教材中,这一实验未要求教师演示,而只是按装置图对实验现象进行描述.因此,如何缩短实验时间并提高其可见性,是一个值得研究的问题.本文拟从影响电泳速度的有关因素进行一些探索,这仅仅是一个粗略的和初步的探索.
