传统观念盛行“以教为主,学而次之”的教学模式,这种模式使得教学活动呈现出稳定的单一化和单向性,学生只是接受知识的“漏斗容器”。而新课程理念则把“以学生为主体、以学生为中心”作为核心词语,在这种生本教育理念的感召下,教学活动理应呈现出百花齐放的多元化格局。然而,由于传统教育的习惯性影响,在初中数学教学过程中依然存在着许多不合时宜的现象。正是出于这样的因素,笔者本着与时俱进的教育教学原则,着力从优化教学手段、提升数学学习能力的角度,粗浅阐述一些抛砖引玉之论。
