In this study, in order to investigate the effect of head size and brain tissue parameters on head rotational response, a three-year-old, 6-year-old and 50th percentile adult head finite element model simulation. The results show that head size and rotation direction have no significant effect on head rotation response under the same rotational load conditions, and the effect of various parameters of brain viscoelastic material on head rotation response is not significant. However, Attenuation constant and bulk modulus, head rotation response is most sensitive to the shear modulus of brain tissue. Therefore, when studying the brain injury standard under the condition of rotating load, the selection of the material parameters of the brain tissue is particularly important for the accuracy of the simulation results.
