1宽松、民主、和谐的氛围是提高课堂教学实效的基本前提只有建立起师生之间沟通的绿色通道,才会有教与学之间的宽松、民主、和谐的氛围,才能为师生互动创造条件。教师是课堂教学的组织者和帮助者,要吃透大纲、教材,把握重点、难点,采用多种教学手段激发不同层次的学生的兴趣,使他们参与到课堂活动中。在课堂教学的互动中,教师与学生是平等的活动参与者,他们既是信息的发送者,又是信息的接受者和加工者。传统的教学以教师为中心,与学生保持单向交往,教学效果较差,所以要把教师的“一言堂”改为“众言堂”。在课堂上教师与学生保持双向交往,同时也允许学生之间的交往。当然最佳的交往模式是多方位的,即从教师到学生,从学生到教师,从学生到学生,从个体到群体,从群体到个体,从个体到个体,从群体到群体等。小组活动是师生互动的一种比较有利的模式,但并不排斥其它活动形式。
1 A relaxed, democratic and harmonious atmosphere is the basic prerequisite for improving classroom teaching effectiveness. Group activity is a more favorable mode of interaction between teachers and students, but it does not exclude other forms of activities.
