该研究采用统计分析法,对E时代我校部分学生的大学英语综合成绩进行了分析。受试者为晋中学院58名大学英语教师和273名非英语专业学生。统计结果发现:学生的入学成绩与大学期间英语成绩出现不平衡性;师范类与非师范类学生的英语成绩存在着一进一退两种截然不同的发展态势;大学生毕业后在社会上的英语实践能力存在很大的差异性;现时代“大英语”教学模式的独特作用。该研究发现有助于激发大学英语教师反思现有教法,早日积极主动地采用大英语教学模式。
This research uses a statistical analysis method to analyze the comprehensive scores of college students of our school in the E era. Subjects were 58 college English teachers and 273 non-English majors at Jinzhong University. The statistical results show that students’ scores are not balanced with English performance during the period of college; there are two distinct development trends in the English scores of normal and non-teacher students; English is a social phenomenon for college graduates. There is a great difference in the practical ability; the unique role of the current “Great English” teaching model. The findings of the study will help spur college English teachers to rethink their existing teaching methods and adopt the Great English teaching model as soon as possible.
