《教学优化与评价》一书中指出:“人的意识活动都企望通过最佳的活动过程得到最满意的效果。”“最佳”或“最满意”就是今天常说的“最优化”教学是一个特定的系统,教学优化就是在特定的条件下获得教与学满意效果的教学系统工程。” 根据初中英语教学大纲的要求,教学目的要立足培养学生的能力,发展学生的智力,提高学生的英语素质和思想品德修养,面向全体学生,激发和培养学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯,合理地选择教学方法,形成有效的学习策略。初中学生刚开始接触英语兴趣比较浓厚,但随着年级的升高,知识难度的加深,遇到困难就会产生畏难情绪,甚至厌学,导致学习成绩下降,这就需要教师在教学中不断改进教学方法,优化课堂教学过程。笔者在多年教学实践的基础上,有如下几点认识:
