本文以高等职业院校人力资源专业的绩效管理课程为依托,就高等职业院校学生质量逐年下降的问题展开讨论,通过对德国“双元制”职业教育的学习,找到了制约中国高等职业教育发展的具体问题,并以X技术学院工商管理(人力资源管理)专业的学生为例,构建基于MBO的学生培养及评价标准。以期改善高等职业院校学生质量逐年下滑的实际,提高职业院校毕业生的市场竞争力,为高职院校的进一步发展提供一些有益的思路。
Based on the human resource professional performance management courses in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the issue of the year-by-year drop of student quality in higher vocational colleges. By studying German “dual system” vocational education, The specific problems of the development of vocational education, and the X Technical College of Business Administration (human resource management) students as an example, to build MBO-based student training and evaluation criteria. With a view to improving the quality of higher vocational college students declining year by year, improving the market competitiveness of graduates from vocational colleges and providing some beneficial ideas for the further development of higher vocational colleges.
