在我国素质教育背景下,学困生已经渐渐被老师理解并接受,这类学生在学习过程中存在不同程度的困难,因而称之为学困生,也就是人们常说的差生。有专家认为,学困生在学习过程中,其存在学习能力、学习方法、知识、品格以及各方面体能素质较差等缺陷问题,且偏离了常规性的结构难以将自身智力充分开发出来,难以达到教学课程标准的基础要求,所以需要通过采取一些有效教学措施来帮助这类学生进步。一般情况下,学困生分为以下几种:一种指的是缺乏端正的学习态度,且思想意识比较差的学生。一种是缺乏良好的学习习惯,并且比较顽皮的学生;最后一种指的是思维转换较慢,难以跟上课程教学进度,也就是思维能力、反应能力比较迟钝。可以说学困生属于特殊群体,对于这类群体教师需给予正确认识和足够的关心,通过耐心辅导给予学生温暖及学习的动力,使这类学困生也能茁壮成长。
