使用有限元方法,分析12例安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者采用Frankel矫治器治疗的矫治效果。患者平均年龄11.2岁,疗程平均14.3月。共使用17个节点和14个三角形单元,计算各单元矫治后的最大伸张比值、最小伸张比值、最大主应变方向值以及形状变化和大小变化。结果表明,有限元分析法较传统的头影测量方法更客观和精确地定量描述颅面形态变化,功能矫治器的矫治机理主要是通过使颅面结构各部分重新组合,以及选择性地促进下颌骨的生长,促进下后牙的近中萌出,使上、下颌骨和上、下牙列按良好的生长方向生长,从而改正Ⅱ类错的骨骼关系。
The finite element method was used to analyze the effect of Frankel appliance treatment in 12 patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. The mean age of patients was 11.2 years, with an average of 14.3 months of treatment. A total of 17 nodes and 14 triangular elements were used to calculate the maximum extension ratio, the minimum extension ratio, the maximum principal strain direction value and the shape change and size change after each unit treatment. The results show that the FEA method more accurately and quantitatively describes craniofacial morphological changes than traditional cephalometric methods. The mechanism of functional appliance is mainly through the reorganization of craniofacial structures and the selective promotion of mandibular Bone growth, promote the next near the eruption of the posterior teeth, so that the upper and lower jaw and the upper and lower dentition growth in good growth direction, so as to correct the skeletal relationship of class Ⅱ malocclusion.
