根据安监总局对救生舱的设计要求,笔者对救生舱设计初期的计算问题进行了系统总结和推导。计算包括救生舱的容积率、压风入口、泄压口、压缩氧气瓶和空气瓶数量及蓄冰量的计算等。并以青岛兰青能源装备科技有限公司生产的8人救生舱为例,结合该公司的真人试验对公式进行验证。试验结果表明,该计算方法可以满足救生舱的设计需要,为救生舱制造者提供了参考依据。
According to the SAWS design requirements for the life-saving module, the author of the initial design of the life-saving module was systematically summarized and derived. Calculate the volume ratio including the life-saving tank, air inlet pressure, pressure relief port, the number of compressed oxygen cylinders and air bottles and the calculation of ice storage. Taking Qingdao QINGLING Energy Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, the 8-person rescue capsule was used as an example to verify the formula with the company’s live-action test. The test results show that this method can meet the design requirements of the rescue capsule and provide a reference for the lifeboat manufacturer.
