针对小型刮板输送机链条动张力的计算,考虑到链条速度和运行阻力变化的影响.建立了刮板输送机的动力学方程。通过引入自由边界和牵引链输入位移边界、链条上下分支的动张力和位移连续条件,得出了完整的动力学模型,采用差分方法给出了其求解方法;运用MATLAB编制了求解程序,以ASC-13型刮板输送机为例分析了链条上张力变化,并进行计算机仿真,得出了动张力的变化特征。该方法在结构简单、长度较短的刮板输送机上的计算结果和实际结果较吻合。
Aiming at the calculation of dynamic tension of small scraper conveyor chain, taking into account the influence of the change of chain speed and running resistance, the dynamic equation of scraper conveyor is established. By introducing the boundary of free boundary and input of displacement, the dynamic tension and displacement continuous conditions of the upper and lower branches of the chain, a complete dynamic model is obtained, and its solution method is given by using the difference method. The program of solving is given by MATLAB, -13 scraper conveyor as an example, the change of tension on the chain was analyzed and the computer simulation was carried out. The dynamic characteristics of dynamic tension were obtained. The calculation results and actual results of the method on the scraper conveyor with simple structure and short length are in good agreement.
