搭建了电脉冲除冰实验台,完成了脉冲放电500V时的除冰实验,获得了三次除冰激励后的除冰效果.同时,为数值模拟除冰过程,求解了除冰动力即铝板在涡流场作用下的脉冲压力分布,建立了冰-铝板三维有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS单元生死技术瞬态非线性分析了冰层的失效单元,比较了Labeas冰层失效准则与第一强度理论分析冰层失效的效果.结果表明:加载除冰激励后,利用第一强度理论数值仿真去除冰层范围的结果更符合本次除冰实验.
The de-icing experiment of pulse detonation was completed at 500V, and the deicing effect after three deicing was obtained.At the same time, to de-icing process of numerical simulation, The three-dimensional finite element model of ice-aluminum plate was established. The failure element of the ice layer was analyzed by transient non-linear analysis using the life and death technique of ANSYS unit. The failure criterion of the Labeas ice layer and the theoretical analysis of the first strength ice The results show that the de-icing experiment is more consistent with the first intensity theoretical numerical simulation to remove the ice extent after loading de-icing excitation.
