建立了血浆中芍药甙的分析方法,线性关系良好,r=0.9998。选定间羟基苯甲酸为内标。以内标加校正因子定量可以提高方法精密度。校正因子的测定结果符合《中国药典(1990年版)》中色谱法的规定。方法平均回收率97.13%,最低检测量为5.6ng;日内变异系数为0.39%,日间变异系数为1.17%。本方法为芍药甙的体内样品分析提供了一种简便可行的方法。同时,利用该法对含芍药的百合固金汤冲剂进行了家兔体内吸收的初步考察。
An analytical method for determination of paeoniflorin in plasma was established with good linearity, r=0.9998. The selected m-hydroxybenzoic acid is an internal standard. Quantification using internal standards plus correction factors can improve method precision. The measurement results of the calibration factors are in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1990 edition). The average recovery rate of the method was 97.13%, and the minimum detection amount was 5.6 ng. The intraday variation coefficient was 0.39% and the inter-day coefficient of variation was 1.17%. This method provides a simple and feasible method for in vivo sample analysis of paeoniflorin. At the same time, this method was used to investigate the in vivo absorption of rabbit lily granules containing peony.
