为了加强设备的维护与检修,我厂认真贯彻“预防为主、维护保养与计划检修并重”的原则,把317台主要生产设备的完好率指标下达到各分厂、车间和班组,并通过开展三级点检活动,来监督设备的维护。我厂的三级点检制是:主管厂长、设备科、动力科对主要设备进行定期巡检;车间主任组织有关人员每月进行两次巡检;班组每班按点检表进行点检,并认真填写点检记录。 此外,我厂的技术人员还按点按片同岗位工人协作,来加强对重点设备的动态监测,分析运行状态,以便及时排除各种隐患,把故障和事故减少到最低限度。在此基础上,我们每月还定期召开设备运行分析会,对偶然出现的故障在排除之后列专题进行分析,使大家吸取教训,防止设备再次出现类似故障。 在设备检修上,我们制定了检修质量与经济挂钩的制度,如原料车间的对辊破碎机,以前每月都要更换八九套对辊,我们采取了检修承包包给三人后,现每月只更换五至六套对辊,节约了大量的工时和
