对10例45岁以下宫颈鳞癌患者施行根治术时作卵巢自体带血管蒂移位及阴道腹膜延长术。术后6～12个月进行阴道细胞学雌激素水平测定及男、女双方性生活问卷调查。结果显示雌激素水平中—高度影响,无潮热、多汗等更年期症状。性生活正常,男方无阴道短小感觉,女方无阴道干涩症状,部分患者在性生活时有尿意和(或)便意感觉。提示对年青宫颈癌患者保留卵巢及阴道延长术对提高患者术后生活质量有重要意义。
For 10 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients under 45 years of age for ovarian surgery with autologous vascular pedicle shift and vaginal peritoneal lengthening surgery. At 6 to 12 months after surgery, estrogen levels in vaginal cytology were measured and sex questionnaires were conducted between men and women. The results showed that the level of estrogen was highly-impacted, with no symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes and excessive sweating. Normal sexual life, the man does not have a short vaginal feeling, the woman does not have vaginal dryness symptoms, some patients have urine during sex and (or) it means feeling. It is suggested that the preservation of ovaries and vaginal extension in young patients with cervical cancer is of great significance in improving postoperative quality of life.
